This policy covers only your use of the Site. If you are a FirstSourceTeam client using our software platform, portal, or career transition services, additional terms and a separate data processing agreement govern the collection and use of your data within those services.

- Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit a contact form, register for a webinar, or request information.
- Any other information you voluntarily include in a message to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

Contact form submissions and webinar registrations are retained for up to 36 months after your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
