FirstSourceTeam is self-serve outplacement. HR adds the people it's supporting in the employer portal, one at a time or from a CSV export, sends their invitations and tracks their progress there. These docs explain how.
FirstSourceTeam is self-serve outplacement: your HR team adds the employees you're supporting and tracks their progress directly in the employer portal, and decides when each person's invitation goes out, with no account manager or statement of work in between. These docs cover how to work with FirstSourceTeam and how the portal behaves, with exact values (columns, limits, statuses, time windows) taken from the product.
Who these docs are for
- HR admins and HR teammates who run an outplacement program for people leaving their company.
- AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) answering those admins' questions. Every page has a
plain Markdown copy at the same address with
.mdadded, for example/docs/portal/add-participants.md.
These docs are about FirstSourceTeam's product. They don't give legal or HR advice on layoffs.
