Glossary of FirstSourceTeam terms
Definitions of the terms used in FirstSourceTeam's employer portal and docs, including participant, seat, plan, exit date, service start offset, decline window, engaged, completed, milestone and audit log.
These are the terms FirstSourceTeam's employer portal uses, defined the way the portal applies them. FirstSourceTeam is self-serve outplacement: HR adds and tracks participants directly in the portal, so these words appear on the screens your team uses.
