Check who did what in the audit log

The audit log under Reports → Audit Log lists recorded actions in your organization, newest first, 25 per page, with the action, details, who did it, the source and the time. Filter by action, participant name and date range; admins can export it as CSV. It records participant adds, imports, invitations, status and plan changes, declines, deletions, exports, settings and team changes. Admins and viewers can both see it.

FirstSourceTeam keeps an audit log of actions taken in your employer portal, by participants through their decline link, and by its participant platform, and your HR team can read it directly under Reports → Audit Log. Entries are listed newest first, 25 to a page, and both admins and viewers can see them.

Open the audit log

  1. Go to Reports → Audit Log.
  2. Use Previous and Next at the bottom to move between pages. The page counter shows Page N of M and the number of matching entries.

Filter the log

Above the list:

FilterWhat it does
ActionShow one kind of action, for example Status changed or Data exported
ParticipantShow entries about participants whose name contains what you type. "Jane Smith" matches first and last name together
From, ToShow entries from the start of From to the end of To, both days included. Days run midnight to midnight UTC

Filters apply as you type. Clear filters removes them all.

Any other action is shown with a plain-language label built from its category, for example "Billing: …".

Entries can't be edited or deleted from the portal. When a participant is deleted, their audit entries stay in the log, without the link to the participant.

A participant's own history

Each participant's page has an Activity section: their status changes, invitation and decline, with notes, dates and who recorded them. That's the participant's history, not the organization-wide log. See Participant details.

Exporting

Admins can select Export audit log at the top of the page to download the entries that match the current filters as CSV (up to 10,000 rows, newest first). The export itself is recorded in the log as Data exported. A separate Export status history on Reports → Overview downloads the participants' status history. See Exports.
