Open Plugins in ChatGPT
  1. Open Plugins (chatgpt.com/plugins), select Add (the + button), then Add custom MCP server.
  2. Enter a name, FirstSourceTeam, and a short description, for example "Aggregate outplacement program statistics and costs for our organization".
  3. Under Connection, choose Public endpoint and enter https://firstsourceteam.com/api/mcp.
  4. For authentication, choose OAuth, review the warning and select I understand and want to continue.
  5. Select Create as a plugin, review the tools ChatGPT found, and install it. Sign in with your employer portal account when asked.
  6. In a new conversation, type @ and select FirstSourceTeam.
