Gemini

In Gemini on the web, add FirstSourceTeam as a custom app with the MCP server URL https://firstsourceteam.com/api/mcp and sign in with your employer portal account. On a work account, your Google Workspace admin controls whether custom apps are allowed.

Gemini connects to FirstSourceTeam as a custom app in the Gemini web app. Once connected, it also works in the Gemini mobile app.

Let Gemini walk you through it

Copy the setup prompt and paste it into Gemini. It guides you one step at a time, then runs a test question once you're connected.

Open Gemini
  1. On a computer, open gemini.google.com and go to CustomizeConnectors (in some layouts, SettingsConnected Apps).
  2. Select Add a custom app.
  3. Enter the MCP server URL https://firstsourceteam.com/api/mcp. Leave Advanced features empty: FirstSourceTeam registers Gemini automatically. Select Next.
  4. Sign in with your employer portal account when asked.

Then ask Gemini about your program, for example "How is our program doing by launch group?"

No "Add a custom app"? On a work account, your Google Workspace admin decides whether Gemini can connect to custom apps. Ask them to allow it for https://firstsourceteam.com/api/mcp; the setup prompt above writes that request for you.

Gemini Enterprise

On Gemini Enterprise, a team administrator adds MCP servers for everyone under Manage teamConnected appsAdd MCP Server. It asks for an OAuth client ID and secret for your organization; email hello@firstsourceteam.com and we'll set one up.
